Sales RepresentativeLakeshore Business Interiors is seeking a full-time, experienced sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to join our team. At LBI, you will maintain and grow the Company’s sales goals by adding value to the sales process. The Sales Representative is responsible for duties relating to sales and support of our customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, confident, and must thrive in a sales/customer service position.This position includes daily travel to the designated territory, generating sales from cold calls, and canvassing for new sales opportunities.Primary Job Functions:·         Develop and execute a sales plan to increase sales·         Responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting solutions to new prospects and current customers·         Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area·         Plan efficient travel and schedule appointments with customers / leads and gather appropriate data.·         Identify new key customers, understand their business, determine their needs, and develop plans and actions for sales territory growth·         Identify target prospects and create strategic plans to turn prospects into customers·         Build and sustain strong, long lasting customer relationships·         Constantly promote LBI’s value by providing the best customer service and technical expertise·         Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunitiesEducation, Experience and Qualifications:·         At least five years of successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.·         Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory·         Excellent communication and presentation skills·         Outgoing personality - You love talking to and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal and asking for referrals·         Valid Driver’s License·         Experience in Marketing is a plusJob Type: Full-TimeBenefits: 401(k), Dental, Vision and Health Insurance, Paid time offShift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary : $77,000 - $100,000
