Lakeshore Business Interiors is seeking a full-time, experienced sales representative to join our team. The sales representative would develop a sales strategy to maintain and grow the company’s sales goals, by adding value to the sales process. They are responsible for duties relating to sales and support of our customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, confident, and must thrive in a sales/customer service position.
This position includes daily travel and generating sales from cold calls, while seeking new sales opportunities.
Primary Job Functions:
Develop and execute a sales plan to increase sales.
- Plan efficient travel and schedule appointments with customers and possible leads.
- Identify target prospects and create a strategic plan to turn prospects into customers.
- Build and sustain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
- Constantly promote LBI’s value by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- At least two years of successful previous experience as an outside sales representative, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality – You love talking to and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal and asking for referrals.
- Valid Driver’s License
