This position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment
opportunities as a Delivery Representative. This is an entry-level
position that typically would be filled by someone with minimal or no
experience in the beverage distribution field and who has no CDL or CDL
permit. This position is usually assigned to rear-loaded bulk trucks.

Must identify what tools and equipment are needed for that days
deliveries and make sure they are available on the truck.\
Maintain a clean driving record.\
Adhere to all DOT regulations.\
Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify

Learn and maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.\
Observe work with and ride with days with the Delivery Manager and the
DR-IIs, DR-IIIs, and DR-IVs to obtain coaching and training
opportunities in the field.\
Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their
deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.

Due to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high
level of continual alertness in the work environment, this is a
safety-sensitive position.
