Description
Lakes Region Community Services is accepting applications for a full-time Early Supports and Services (ESS) Professional to join our Family Resource Center. The ESS Professional will work with children with a variety of developmental delays and/or disabilities from birth to age three to develop an Individualized Family Support Plan to support the child’s development. The ESS Professional will work together with a supportive, dynamic team within the Family Resource Center in order to connect the family to needed resources. The right candidate will be able to balance providing hands-on services while efficiently completing paperwork. Effective communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently are a must.
Requirements
Local travel will be required in order to meet families in their natural environment. Flexibility in hours and some remote work is possible.
An Associate Degree in education or human services related field with relevant experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree, or license/certification is preferred. Experience with working with children under 3 is preferred.
