LRCS Shared Family Living is looking for Home Care Providers in the Belknap and Southern Grafton County areas!
Work from home! Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Shared Family Living (SFL) Provider for a gentleman that lives in the Plymouth area. Open your heart and home to an individual with developmental disabilities. This vital role involves providing a room, meals and care depending on the individual’s needs and abilities.
The ideal SFL Provider would be patient, comfortable sharing their home, interested in supporting a gentleman to remain active in his Plymouth area community, support with all daily living activities: including medical appointments, ensuring his safety, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that promotes independence within a caring environment.
Shared Family Living Providers are paid a tax-exempt stipend based on the individual’s level of care, receive ongoing training, access to 24/7 on call services and full team approach support!
Requirements
Home providers must pass a background check. They receive training prior to an individual being placed in their home. LRCS provides continued support and training during the placement, as well as a 24-hour on-call system.
