What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Lakes Area Cosmetic Bar?
Consultation & Assessment: Conducting skin analyses, reviewing medical histories, and developing customized treatment plans.Patient Education: Advising clients on skincare products, pre-treatment preparations, and post-procedure care.Documentation & Safety: Maintaining meticulous medical records (EMR) and strictly following safety protocols and sterilization procedures.Sales & Retention: Promoting service packages and retail products to meet sales goals and foster long-term client relationships.Required QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery is often preferred.Proven proficiency in cosmetic injections and/or laser devices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing service.Work Environment & ExpectationsMed Spa RNs often work in fast-paced, high-end environments. While they act autonomously in treating patients, they typically report to a Medical Director. The role often requires working flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends. Social Media experience preferred.
