What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Partnership Teacher in Pine City position at Lakes and Pines CAC, Inc.?
As a Child Care Partnership Teacher, you will be:
Responsible for developing and implementing a classroom of up to twelve Head Start preschool children in conjunction with a community-based child care program. Duties include providing classroom supervision on a daily basis, conducting two 1½ hour home visits per child, and two parent-teacher conferences for enrolled families each year.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
- More than one year of experience working with children ages 0-5
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance coverage in compliance with Minnesota State guidelines on the vehicle used for work related travel
- Ability to effectively work across differences, especially socio-economic and cultural differences
