Responsibilities

- Process orders efficiently using order entry systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback through data entry and database management.
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Excel and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to update customer data, generate reports, and manage files.
- Assist with data collection tasks, including transcription, filing, and organizing customer information for easy retrieval.
Skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases and ERP systems.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as filing, order processing, and data collection seamlessly.
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, percentages, or other numerical data accurately.
- Previous office or clerical experience is preferred to navigate administrative responsibilities confidently.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
