Job Summary
We are seeking a Property Maintenance and construction worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess some knowledge in construction maintenance and mechanically inclined, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. This role requires troubleshooting, and repair. Experience is helpful but not necessary. Exterior property maintenance provides full time hours during spring, summer, and fall. Winters are slower with part time hours available.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various residential buildings.
- Clean, paint, and remodel between tenants.
- Some landscaping.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Collaborate with other employees to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
Qualifications Experience in property maintenance or construction is helpful.
- Strong mechanical ability.
- Basic knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
