Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP)
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and department performance
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care to our residents
