Position: Night Shift Charge Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Full-time | 6p-6a | Every other weekend | Flexible scheduling
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled and long-term care setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
- Ensure a safe, calm, and supportive environment overnight
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
