Company Description Lakeplace.com of Southern Wisconsin is a boutique real estate brokerage serving buyers and sellers throughout the Southern Wisconsin, with a focus on helping clients find properties that match their lifestyle and investment goals. As a www.lakeplace.com franchise we provide local market expertise and personalized guidance for residential, recreational, and rural properties for the number one searched waterfront property website in the Midwest.
We are currently looking to add 3 to 5 agents to join our Brokerage in order to cover more area in Southern Wisconsin and build our brands together. We are not looking to be the biggest or have a bunch of Agents in competition. We want to build a small group of elite agents to cover the SCWMLS.
As part of Dane Arthur Real Estate Agency, we generate business through several different website such as www.danearthur.com / www.lakeplace.com / www.landbin.com / www.condozip.com / www.commercialzip.com. We also encourage individual agent marketing to build local recognition and boost out brands together. By keeping our team small we can ensure leads go to agents by Area and also make sure Listing agents get their own listing leads first.
