Dental Receptionist – Full Time
We are a busy, multi-practice dental group seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position is based in one office only and supports daily front-desk operations in a fast-paced dental environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Present and review dental treatment plans
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth daily office flow
Requirements
- Dental front office experience required (medical experience only will not be considered)
- Familiarity with dental insurance and billing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
- Professional, patient-focused attitude
