Parts Warehouse Worker
J Job Summary:
T The Parts Warehouse position is responsible for picking, packing, shelving and staging parts needed for both internal customers and wholesale delivery.
J Job Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently and quickly to pick up parts to allow parts deliveries to be made on time
- Work independently without constant supervision
- Assist in keeping parts department & parts area clean
- Pick up only parts that have a purchase order on the invoice
- Make pick-up and deliveries safely when needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to use computer and calculator
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts
- Professional appearance
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Required to move throughout parts warehouses all-day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from shelves of inventory
- Stand six to eight hours during each day
- Must be able to lift up to seventy-five pounds
- Ability to work in cold/hot temperatures
