Job Description:
Lakeland Automall is seeking a customer service specialist to become the liaison between Lakeland Automall Collision Center and insurance companies and outside vendors. This is a full-time position with a growing company that offers a generous compensation program in addition to our industry leading benefits package.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist position will be responsible for all customer management including communication with customers, insurance companies, outside vendors and other duties as needed. This position will also provide support to co-workers and Management as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency with computer technology including knowledge of Excel and Word
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers, vendors and co-workers
- Able to work Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must meet the company’s requirement for employment
