Lakeland Sleep & CPAP has been helping patients with their sleep health since 2003. Lakeland offers sleep testing as well as CPAP therapy with multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. We are seeking a proven health care professional to join our Plymouth team and provide best in class services and further our mission of helping people “sleep great, feel great.”
Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for greeting and assisting Plymouth CPAP patients as well as assisting with CPAP supply orders and processing and some clerical duties. The position is full time, based at the Plymouth office.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Receive and process all incoming CPAP supply orders. This includes phone, email, voicemail, and web orders.
· Create and maintain patient charts/templates as appropriate
· Obtain all necessary documents required for order from patient
· Create Delivery ticket
· Send necessary information to billing
·Assist with Patient questions or transfer to Clinical Specialist as appropriate
·Assist with walk in patients for supplies
·Back up CPAP Clinician to Blaine for cpap setups, mask refits and downloads
· Medicare review and approvals
·Provide office support such as managing databases, organizing documents and folders, purchasing office supplies and various other office tasks.
· Assist with various special projects and tasks as needed.
·Perform other general duties that may be assigned from time to time.

· Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new database programs
· Familiarity with CPAP therapy and equipment helpful but not required
· Desire to drive results with the highest level of patient care and professionalism
Education & Qualifications
- high School diploma
- Minimum of 1 year Health Care experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Reception experience in clinical or healthcare setting
- Brightree experience or similar situated platform
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
