Can be somewhat flexible on 7:00AM-3:00PM, 7:30AM-3:30PM, 8:00AM-4:00PM
Monday through Friday in office Must be able to start in January 2026

Education: Associate Degree in Business or Accounting or relative experience
Job Duties:
- Coordinate purchase of equipment, supplies, and repairs
- Obtain Quotes
- Prepare purchase orders
- Follow up on Deliveries
- Track incoming invoices and prep monthly claim form for Board approval
- Draft AP Business bill payments and ACH payments
- File monthly sales tax (ST-103)
- File monthly payroll tax deposits
- Prepare payroll worksheet for treasurer; draft payroll ACH
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank deposits
- Prep and mail 90- day delinquent notices
- Prepare annual 1099s for Board members compensation
- Assist customers with District permits, rate reduction requests, and other questions
- Research and prep letters to Area Plan Commission for customer improvement projects
- Make On-site visits for permits, ordinance compliance, spills, etc
- Maintain records located at the district office
- Attend monthly District Board meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes
Insurance negotiable at 10k offset to salary.
Jury Duty pay up to 30 days, Bereavement, Indiana Public Employee Retirement Fund (PERF) District will make an annual employer contribution equal to 4% of your compensation.
Vacation 1st year : 5 days, 2nd year 10 days, 15 days after 5 years of service.
