Pay Rate : Min $27.82 Mid $34.78
Performs tests which include EEG, evoked potential (VER, BAER, somato-sensory, and infant hearing screening), Intracranial Doppler, and surgical EEG monitoring. The EEG Tech II/Registered works within the scope of the American Society of EEG Technology guidelines while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The EEG Tech II/Registered contributes to positive patient outcomes and meeting the cultural expectations of the organization by exhibiting professional behavior and EEG expertise.

Essential:
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees, leaders at various levels, physicians and other customers.
- Communicates proactively to prevent problems. Negotiates effectively to resolve conflict.
- High level of knowledge of EEG, Intracranial Doppler, and all other department specific testing; computer skills (for diagnostic equipment dictation and transcription skills, scheduling, and other business applications). Ability to train and mentor other staff re: the performance of Intracranial Doppler studies.

Other information:
Licenses Essential: Registration with American Society of Electroencephalographic Technologists (ASET).
