Pay Rate: Min $49,961.60 Mid $62,462.40

Position Responsibilities
Standard Work Duties: Community Health Program Coordinator
- Provides administrative support to the Program Manager including but not limited to arranging appointments, community health education and events as well as data entry related to community programs
- Completes a variety of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Provides support in the development and management of community programs; including but not limited to attending community events, identifying and applying for grant funding, maintaining accurate documentation of program details including participation for all programs
- Assists Program Manager in compiling and organizing data for the Community Health Needs Assessment
- Monitors timelines and work plans of projects
- Attends and oversees assigned program meetings and events
Essential:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, must be detail-oriented
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus

- Bachelor Degree

- Strong proficiency for using computers and other technology
- 1-2 years
