POSITION TITLE: Adult Services Practitioner (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Adult Services Practitioner provides individual rehabilitative community-based services to serious and persistent mentally ill adults and/or adults with a serious mental illness so they may function and remain in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus have completed 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience; OR have completed 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
SALARY RANGE: $43,282 – $62,846
