POSITION TITLE: Adult/Children’s Services Practitioner (Full-Time)

JOB SUMMARY: The Adult/Children’s Services Practitioner provides rehabilitative and case management mental health services to adults and children in the community setting.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required

SALARY RANGE: $43,282 – $62,846
