Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves sewing heavy-duty materials and performing repairs on firefighter protective gear. If you have strong attention to detail and experience with industrial sewing machines, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to repair and alter protective garments
- Sew heavy materials accurately and consistently
- Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Experience sewing heavy materials
- Proficiency with industrial sewing machines
- Ability to sew straight lines and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week and occasional overtime
- Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to deadlines
- Must pass a sewing skills demonstration prior to hiring
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- Frequent overtime opportunities
Compensation & Benefits:
