Lakeland Hills Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver care to residents or patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Available Shift: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Florida LPN License required
- Valid BLS certification, required
- One year of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferred
