Job Overview 

The Machine Operator & Assembly Technician is responsible for operating the press brake, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality standards. 
You will have mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities 

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures. 
• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment. 
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. 
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and workstations. 
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. 
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors. 
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience of press braking and programming is a plus.
• Ability to read technical documents and follow instructions. 
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. 
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities

 Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of standing 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
