AUTOMOTIVE PAYROLL & HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT $25 HOUR

Lakeland Automall is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees
- Ensure payroll is accurate, complete, and on time
- Work directly with department managers to verify payroll information
- Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and employee updates
- Maintain garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other deductions
- Audit insurance invoices and employee deductions
- Maintain employee records, tax information, benefits, and leave balances
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Assist the HR Manager with payroll and HR responsibilities
- Maintain complete confidentiality of employee and payroll information
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of full-cycle payroll experience
- HR experience required
- Experience handling payroll for a larger workforce preferred
- Automotive dealership payroll experience is a big plus
- Paycor experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information

$21–$26 PER HOUR — BASED ON EXPERIENCE
