Used Car Manager – Lakeland AutoMall, Lakeland, Florida

Lakeland AutoMall is seeking a proven Used Car Manager to lead and grow our pre-owned operation. Our dealership group currently sells 400-500 vehicles per month (150 Used) across Ford, Hyundai, Genesis, and our high-volume pre-owned department, and we are looking for an experienced leader who understands how to take a used car department to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire used vehicle department
- Working daily with the staff and guests to ensure top-tier experience and drive results.
- Appraisals and trade evaluations
- Maximizing gross and volume performance
