Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales based in Chippewa Falls, WI. The Director of Sales will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, nurturing relationships with prospective residents and their families, conducting tours, and participating in community outreach to promote the brand and services. The Director of Sales will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor market trends and ensure an exceptional resident experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy, account management, and lead generation
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis for tracking sales performance
