Responsibilities
- Serve meals in a friendly and timely manner while taking meal/drink orders.
- Evaluate resident satisfaction with their meals and maintain knowledge of food specials and descriptions.
- Maintain cleanliness of side stations and dining areas according to daily and weekly schedules.
- Implement safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Set up and clean the Dining Room while adhering to hospitality and service standards.
Qualifications
- Possess a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Respond promptly to resident needs.
- Balance individual and team responsibilities.
- Work flexible hours as needed, including weekends.
