Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Beautician to join our dynamic team at Rittenhouse Village at Northside. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and aesthetics, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service while providing a wide range of beauty treatments. This role requires strong communication skills, artistic flair, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of beauty services, including but not limited to:
• Skincare treatments (facials, masks, etc.)
• Hair removal services (waxing, threading, etc.)
• Nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art)
• Makeup application for various occasions
• Eyelash extensions and brow grooming
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Recommend beauty products and treatments to clients based on their skin type, preferences, and concerns.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized beauty or cosmetology certification is required.
• Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and the arts.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
