As a seasonal team member, you will play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for our visitors, whether it's through food and beverage service, event support, or hospitality.

Seasonal Winter Wonderland Associate

Join the festive fun as a Seasonal Associate at our Winter Wonderland Event, hosted by the Lakehouse Resort, one of North County’s top-rated holiday celebrations. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

The duties of a Winter Wonderland Associate include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell; engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience.
• Follow all steps of service as defined by company SOPs.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints; notify management ASAP about any unresolved guest complaints that they need to handle.
• Always maintain a composed and professional attitude.
• Become familiar with all returning guests, know their preferences and special requests.
• Willingly perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
• Sell tickets, assist at the kid zone and work at the front gate entrance.

• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Due to the event being held outside, the job will require working in an outdoor setting.
• Possess an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, using strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food and beverage related questions from guests.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Can perform high quality work while unsupervised.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business demands.
