Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Serve as a communication liaison between clients and the medical team
- Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and client communications
- Support smooth patient flow and front desk operations
- Review estimates, invoices, treatment plans, and discharge instructions with clients
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Assist in resolving client concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
- Support the team wherever needed
- Previous veterinary reception, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
