Job Overview:
As a Dog Boarding Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our doggy guests are safe, happy, and comfortable. This position is perfect for someone who loves animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care for dogs, including feeding, exercising, and monitoring their well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all animals and staff.
- Engage in playtime and socialization activities to keep dogs happy and healthy.
- Administer basic medications as needed and report any health concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Uphold workplace policies and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Genuine love for animals and a passion for their care.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes and performing tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Previous experience in animal care or boarding facilities is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

- This job isn’t just playing with dogs. Fights can happen, and it’s your job to break them up. We’ll train you to do it safely—but when it happens, will you be ready to step in and protect them?
