Your mission:
Your first mission will to be assist the owner/doctors in organizing and overseeing activities and production in every department. Provide outstanding and exceptional care to patients while maintaining a professional working environment.
Required technical skills:
- Educating our clients on animal health.
- Proficient computer skills with Covetrus software for scheduling appointments, data entry into the medical record, and ordering lab tests.
- Proficient phone etiquette.
- Radiographs, blood draws, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, assisting in surgery, nursing care of sick patients, dental prophy’s, performing lab tests.
Required Personality characteristics:
- Excellent communicator with clients and staff members.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in stressful situations.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- willingness to learn and adjust to change.
