Job Title: Food Service Lead

Job Summary: Food Service Leads are responsible for supervising food locations and upholding Company standards for cleanliness, courtesy to guests, scheduling, inventory and adherence to daily tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete familiarity with Park policies, operating calendar and hours.
• Schedules Food staff for location and posts schedule weekly.
• Takes weekly inventory of most needed items.
• Follows daily preparation list to open area with proper supplies, food and beverages.
• Monitors inventory list for location daily.
• Responsible for verification of all cash drawers at opening and closing.
• Ensures Food Safety policies are upheld.
• Ensure employees can accurately log on to registers.
• Submits inventory ordering needs weekly.
• Monitors location for adherence to park policy.
• Responsible for end-of-day operational and cleaning procedures.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years food service experience.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25lbs. consistently.
• Physical exertion such as frequent bending, twisting, stretching, stooping, and reaching overhead.
• Standing and walking for long periods on surfaces such as uneven surfaces and hard flooring.
• Varying work hours extending up to twelve (12) hour workdays under some circumstances.

• Ability to complete daily tasks without supervision.
• Ability to comply with all company, divisional and state laws regarding minor labor laws.
• Ability to work weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

• Promote and practice safe work practices at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Adhere to company, state and federal safety standards and regulations.
• Adhere to State of Georgia Health Code requirements at all times.
