- Current Washington State teaching certificate required
- Three years of successful, student-centered classroom teaching experience and strong ideas for and/or experience implementing innovative technology solutions in the classroom
- Commitment to and evidence of successful standard-based teaching
- Commitment to the vision, goals, and philosophy of the Lake Washington School District
- Implementation of effective instructional strategies and learning theory in diverse settings
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology tools
