SUMMARY
The Accounting Supervisor reports to the Director of Accounting in the management of the District Funds and the timely and accurate payment of invoices for goods and services procured by the District. A strong working knowledge is required in the utilization of automated accounting systems with a commensurate ability to supervise staff in its use. Acts in a supporting capacity to the Director of Accounting and assumes managerial responsibilities in their absence.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations, in a generally hazard free environment, and in a clean atmosphere.
