We are looking for an experienced Front Of House/Bar Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front of house operations, including customer service, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained. At least 2 years of restaurant management is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front of house and bar staff
- Team building, Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Train and develop front of house staff in customer service and hospitality.
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Manage reservations, seating, and wait times.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Inventory
- Managing Profit/Loss
- Some POS programming and management
- Liquor management including online ordering

Pay: $45,549.00 - $51,090.00 per year
