What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Line Cook / Pizza Cook position at Lake Street Local?
Lake Street Local is hiring experienced cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team immediately. We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who can handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency.
We are open 7 days a week and offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions available. We’ll work around your availability.
Pay
- $20–$25 per hour
- Pay based on experience, reliability, and kitchen skill level
What We’re Looking For
- Line cook and/or pizza experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus
- Team-oriented attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to multitask during busy rushes
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently
- Pizza prep, fryer, grill, and kitchen line work
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Help with prep and stocking throughout shifts
- Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff
