Contract Administrator
Lake Shore Paving | Jamestown, NY

Lake Shore Paving is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to coordinate the administrative side of our construction contracts.
This position will handle:
- Contracts and contract deadlines
- Project insurance documentation
- Subcontractor insurance and paperwork
- Performance and payment bonds
- Signatures and notarizations
- Project documentation and recordkeeping
- Coordination with owners, subcontractors, insurance agents, bonding companies, and our project teams
Construction experience is a plus, but we're primarily looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and good at getting things completed on time.
Full-time position in Jamestown, NY
Salary: $60K–$75K, depending on experience
