Nurse LPN or RN - Part-time - $27 an hour
Lake Seminole Square is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN or RN Medication Management Nurse for private duty home care in upscale retirement community!
30 -32 hours/week Full-time - Weekdays only, no weekends or holidays. Tentative schedule would be 9am - 3pm M-F. (but hours are flexible)

Client Care
- If needed by state law, completes an initial assessment of client and family to determine home care needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es).
- Regularly re-evaluates client nursing needs.
- Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as client status and needs change.
- Develops a care plan and includes the client and the family in the planning process.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Provides direct client care as defined in the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting client needs.
- Provides health care instructions to the client as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
- Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the client.
- Current LPN or RN nursing license valid in the state of Florida
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
