Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial backgrounds
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and floor scrubbers effectively
