This role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide school-based therapeutic services.

Job requirements:
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify student’s needs and develop appropriate school-based treatment plans
School-Based Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students with identified needs within the scope of school-based services, including adapting classroom environments, materials, and activities to meet student needs.
Multidisciplinary Teamwork, Collaboration, and Consultation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the development and implementation of individualized strategies for student success.
IEP Development, Progress Monitoring, and Reporting: Actively participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and track student progress; maintain accurate records of therapy, assessments, billing, and progress reports to maintain IEP compliance with state and federal regulations.
Behavioral/Sensory Support: Provide interventions that support students in both the academic and functional areas, including providing training and resources to staff as needed.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
