What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) or Registered Nurse(RN) - Back Care Clinic - 64 Hours Biweekly (75239) position at LAKE REGION HEALTHCARE?
The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The RN or LPN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
Shifts:
Day shifts, 64 hours biweekly
Compensation:
The pay range for the LPN position is $23.79-$31.99/hour. The pay range for the RN position is $31.72-$46.43. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
1. Education/Special Skills:
a. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
b. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
c. Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice.
d. Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months.
2. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening.
3. Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites.
4. Licensure/Certification:
a. Current Minnesota RN or LPN Licensure
b. CPR Certificate
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
6. The RN delegates and supervises nursing care consistent with professional standards and the scope of practice as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
Salary : $24 - $46
