What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unity Wellness Summer Intern position at LAKE REGION HEALTHCARE CORPORATION?
The Unity Wellness Summer Intern will assist at Unity Wellness with day to day operations, supporting whole personal wellness, with focus on physical wellness. The main role will be sports speed/acceleration/conditioning and personal training. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with athlete and personal training clients
- Utilize and develop workouts for clients
- Assist with some summer events
- Scheduling, attending and utilizing our software
- Being on time and professional
- Being a good communicator
- Willingness to learn new things
Hours/Shifts
48 hours biweekly for 11 weeks (June 1-August 14, 2026). This is a part time, temporary position.
Compensation
The hourly wage range for this role $15/hour.

Qualifications:- Some experience with technology. Ex: social media, Microsoft, Outlook
- Some knowledge about exercise, movement and whole-body wellness
- Some experience creating workouts
- Comfort leading groups and individuals
- Comfort communicating with all types of people
- Candidate must be able perform physical tasks and lift 50 pounds regularly.
