Description
Lake Region Corporation is looking to 2 full-time positions in our ISLA settings.
- Tues 4:00pm - 8:00am & every other weekend 8:00am (Sat) - 4:00pm (Sun)
- Mon 1:00pm - 10:00pm, Tue/Thu 1:00pm - 4:00pm & 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Fri 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Included with this position:

Under the direction of the Residential Coordinator, the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist and support people to:
- develop and maintain social roles
- make informed choices
- realize their goals
- Advocate for people with disabilities and teach others by modeling positive attitudes with respectful communication and interactions.
- Accurate, unbiased and consistent documentation.
- Medication administration
- Hygiene assistance
- Meal prep assistance
- Assisting individuals to attend community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Certification in developmental disabilities preferred. Must be willing to meet certification requirements for the position.
- Must be able to perform CPR, AED, First Aid upon certification.
- Must be able to implement Therapeutic Response Techniques.
- Must be able to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and lift 10 lbs. overhead.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat frequently throughout shift.
Salary : $18 - $20
