What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peer Support Specialist position at Lake Region Community Shelter?
Must have lived experience or a family member of behavioral health (mental health or substance use). Must be willing to complete approved training or have already attended an approved training.
Must be able to work well with persons going through difficult times and offer support and resources.
Must be able to document case notes, follow guidelines and provide confidentiality. Work independently and as a team member.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
