Your Role
The Unit Turnover Coordinator (UTO Coordinator) plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely transition of residential units within the community. This position is primarily responsible for conducting, overseeing and managing all day-to-day activities related to unit turnovers, ensuring that units are cleaned, repaired, and prepared to meet move-in standards. The UTO Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for turnover operations and works collaboratively with multiple departments to coordinate tasks, minimize downtime, and enhance the overall resident move-in experience.

Qualifications
Must be able to move throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to climb ladders. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required.

Essential Duties

- Preparing Units for move-in and turnover
- Conducts routine inspections of all units in different phases of readiness
- Performs regular maintenance duties to include cleaning, painting and repair work
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely turnover of units.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies, tools, and materials.

Qualifications
- High school education required. Vocational or Technical training a plus.
- Training in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
- Ability to use power and hand tools to effectively and safely complete maintenance tasks.
- Good oral and written communications skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills and pays attention to detail.
