Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including cavities and gum disease
- Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
- Perform extractions and other surgical procedures as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting using dental software
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid dental license in the state of Texas
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
