Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Accurately document care provided and report any changes in resident condition

• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA License (Required)

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism

• Genuine passion for caring for seniors and ensuring excellent resident outcomes

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
