Summary:
Lake Oswego GYN is a small, private practice seeking a full-time Physician Associate to join our team. We are a group of experienced and compassionate providers who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for a PA who is enthusiastic about women's health and who is committed to providing excellent patient care. Estimated start is March 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gynecological care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears and pelvic exams
- Treat common gynecological conditions, such as vaginal infections, menstrual problems, and sexually transmitted diseases
- Provide contraception counseling and education. Opportunity to train in contraceptive procedures such as IUD insertion.
- Menopausal hormone management
- Assist in laparoscopic and vaginal surgery
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies from an accredited program
- Current PA-C license in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA license
- 2 years of clinical experience. We would prefer experience in women's health, but are willing to train a good candidate as well.
- Excellent clinical skills and judgment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
